This is an off-ice exercise that works on wrist strength. This will quickly develop your wrist strength to make your wrist, snap, and slapshot considerable harder. It's very easy to make: 1. Buy a 1" wooden dowel 2. Buy a 1/2" wooden dowel 3. Find a 2.5 or 5 lbs. weight. 4. Drill a hole through the middle of both dowels 5. Thread a rope through the holes in both dowels and tie it off. 6. Put the small dowel through the middle of the weight. 7. Perform exercises. Start by rolling up and rolling down 5-10 times. Eventually work your way up to doing it 25 times right in a row. Your wrists will be as big as tree trunks.
